You Become What You Think About Most of The Time

Your outer world ultimately becomes a reflection of your inner world and
mirrors back to you what you think about. Your success or failure depends on your inner self.  Whatever you think about continuously emerges in your reality. Thousands of successful people have been asked what they think about most of the time. The answer is constant. They think about what they want and how to get it most of the time.
In contrast, unsuccessful people think about what they don’t want what they fear
most of the time. Their focus is on the negative: their problems,
their worries, their concerns and who is to blame for their perceived
misfortunes.
I was out on a hike with my 18 year old daughter.  At the time, she was off to University of Colorado, Boulder. We were discussing potential majors and what she wanted to do “when she grew up”. She stopped me dead in my tracks, when she asked “Mom, do you believe in destiny?” I asked, what do you mean? She replied, I believe everything happens for a reason but do you think that there is something in control of our future that will determine our fate?

My reply: I too believe that everything happens for a reason. I didn’t always, but I now have the benefits of many years of wisdom and faith to know that I was destined to become a business/executive coach.

From the time of my birth, when I was adopted by Ray and Lois through Catholic Charities, I have felt worthy because I was chosen among all the children in the nursery that day. Fate could have, undoubtedly, taken a far worse turn for me.

After years of studies and earning an MBA in International Business, working as a project manager on signature projects all over the world, I jumped off the cliff in January 2018 and became an entrepreneur and business owner. Fear and doubt were there, but courage and support from my family allowed me to persevere. I can honestly say, it was the greatest decision of my life; right up there with becoming a mother to three beautiful children who inspire me every day to live out my dreams in hope that they will do the same.
